Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie Chammings, who took the time and trouble to come out to see my elderly Mum who was over for a week on holiday and has had constant hearing aid problems for the past few years. She spent an hour overall going through Mum's test and went through her results very clearly, without pushing her to buy something that was possibly not going to be suitable. Brilliant service and many thanks
