  Nach einer Woche in diesem traditionellen Haus fällt der Abschied schwer, die vielen skurilen Eigenarten Dieses Hotels sind einfach nur liebenswert. Die Restaurants sind, bis auf nerviges Personal, im Mittelfeld, was im britischen Einzugsbereich eine Menge bedeutet. Der Sonnengarten mit dem Indoorpool sind der Bringer. Immer wieder gern!

  Lovely week, room exceptional, staff friendly, polite and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and evening meals to choose from. Delightful gardens to wander in, swimming pool, sauna and free mini bus to climb that hill if you want it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

  Arrival & check in very rapid, helpful and accommodating as always. Superior room superb with outstanding views over the Castle Cornet and Bay of St Peter’s Port. Breakfast and Dinner offered an extensive selection of nutritious and excellently cooked foods especially for my Coeliac Dietary requirements. Superb selection of wines available. Personal and very attentive service from all staff especially Attila & Isabel in the Wellington Boot Restaurant. Lunch option interesting and appetising in the Copenhagen bar/grill with a modern twist. Pool, sauna Jacuzzi and Steam room brilliant in damp weather; but temperatures mild for time of year in Guernsey. Will definitely return very soon as feels like home from home particularly with the Top-Quality Silver Service.

  Visited Copenhagen last Friday for the first time. Superb atmosphere, fantastic staff and food to match. Really one of the top Island restaurants, you will not be disappointed!
