Needs refurbishment really dated but very comfortable and friendly staff, food ok and reasonably priced

Makes the Premier Inn and Travelodge seem like the Ritz. Staff are very friendly but the hotel itself is beyond dated and cleanliness is debatable. Cannot recommend unfortunately.
