::Rubbish sales staff. One barked at me where to take my bicycle for servicing when I brought my bicycle in, shocking manners and completely unnecessary. I'm a brand new customer so wouldn't have known where the workshop was. Most cycle shops service in the store in the U.K. Definitely will see if I can take my business elsewhere.
