::I ordered The Attract Heart Ring from Swarovski via this website, the order came through but had a missing crystal in the ring, when I emailed Duty Free Crystals they sent me an email back to say they had received the email and someone will be back to me shortly, 1 week later nobody has still yet to contact me so I then emailed back a further 3 times over the next 2 weeks and still I was being ignored. this is no way to run a business and is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and I am extremely disappointed in the service your company has given to me, I will never be shopping from this website again.
